At Cosmic Shark Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Exchanges 

We accept exchanges if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and shipping for the replacement item. To request an exchange, please contact us at  cosmicsharkgv@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged.
To process a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item at cosmicsharkgv@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label. We will notify you once we’ve received and your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
